Yoga of Heart

“From the Heart, with the Heart, and for the Heart."

Spiritual Heart of a person (in Sanskrt hrdaya or hrd) is the center of all opposites, the seat of the mind, soul, or divinity within a person.

It’s the place where left meets right, upper connects with lower, front joins with back, inhalation merges with exhalation, external aligns with internal, feminine unites with masculine, strength harmonizes with receptivity.

Through the continuous movement of breath and body, we become aware of these dualities that converge in the Heart, bringing us back to a natural state of relaxation, cultivating our ability to love and accept ourselves and others.

The Heart, as the center of emotions, becomes the center of everything around us, enabling us to act warmly, creatively, and peacefully.

Rooted in the T. Krishnamacharya tradition, Yoga of Heart is a pleasurable, safe, and effective personal practice. It’s suitable for everyone, regardless of gender, age, physical conditions or prior knowledge.

The central point of the practice is the breath, helping us to relax and connect with everything that we already are.

"Breath is central to Yoga because it is central to life."
—T. Krishnamacharya—

My Yoga Journey

For the past five years I have been teaching, individually and in groups, in an online and in-person setting, focusing on sharing a practice which is highly personalized and tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

My goal is to help people experience Yoga and, through it, recognize how special and miraculous it is to be a human being. I believe Yoga is a holistic discipline that reminds us of our deep connection to ourselves and everything around us, opening the door to peace, inner strength, and complete acceptance of life.

Since 2017, I’ve been studying under Domagoj Orlic, completing two of his teacher training programs totaling 500 hours, as well as a 100-hour teacher training with Mark Whitwell, all under the Heart of Yoga umbrella.

I currently teach in-person in my hometown, Zagreb, Croatia, in the Functional Yoga Studio, every Friday at 6pm.
